Your Visit

On-Time Arrival

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Out of courtesy to other groups, programs will need to end on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee a complete program.

The Museum offers indoor lunch facilities for group tours on a limited basis and by reservation only. Participants may bring their own lunches or order the ALL INCLUSIVE LUNCH PACKAGE available upon reservation. The pizza lunch package adds a $6.50 fee per child to the tour rate.

School Buses

Your driver may drive up Eastern Parkway (service road) and unload passengers near the museum entrance, but cannot park in either place. Parking is available on local streets.

The museum is ADA compliant and all group programs are adaptable for students with special needs. Please specify student needs when you make your reservation.
