Below is what you’ll need to know to reserve your slot.
Reservations are required for all group visits. A credit card number is required to hold
your reservation, regardless of your preferred method of payment. Call our reservations office at 718-907-8888.
We will make every effort to accommodate your visit preferences, space permitting.
2 Hour Guided Tours (1.5 hours for Preschool)
Sundays: 10:15am, 10:30am, 11:00am
Mon-Thurs: 10:15am, 12:30pm
45 Minute Holiday Workshops:
Soil to Oil, Matzah Factory, and Torah Unwrapped available as a 45 minute in-depth workshop program (Does not include exhibits or game show).
Sundays: 10:15am, 11:00am, 11:45am (45 Minute Workshop)
Mon-Thurs: 12:30pm, 1:30pm
1 Hour Adult Walk-through:
Sundays: 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm
Mon-Thurs: 10:15am, 11:15am, 12:15pm, 1:15pm
School principals and teachers are welcome to tour our facilities, free of charge, prior to their students’ visits. If you are interested please call 718.907.8888.
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the originally scheduled visit. Deposits will not be refunded for canceled visits. Deposits are transferable if you reschedule your visit within 30 days of the cancellation.

Minimum group fee is $250, regardless of group size.
Minimum group fee for groups with Special Needs is $187.50
Minimum group fee for 45 minute holiday workshop is $210.
Maximum capacity per group is 25 students; two chaperones are required per group.
Sunday Group Tour is $250 per group / Workshop tour $290 (up to 25 people)
After Hours Group tour is $300 per group / Workshop tour $360 (up to 25 people)
All reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit within two weeks of the date the reservation is made. We are unable to hold a reservation without a deposit. Deposits may be made by credit card or check. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival. Please include your reservation number on all checks or money orders. The balance is expected at arrival; we accept cash, check or credit card.
One chaperone is required for every five children ages 3–5.
One chaperone is required for every ten students in first grade and older.
Groups with Special Needs: 1 chaperone free per child
Chaperones exceeding the required ratio pay the per-student fee.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Out of courtesy to other groups, programs will need to end on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee a complete program.
The Museum offers indoor lunch facilities for group tours on a limited basis and by reservation only. Participants may bring their own lunches or order from Mendy’s restaurant.
Your driver may drive up Eastern Parkway (service road) and unload passengers near the museum entrance, but cannot park in either place. Parking is available on local streets.
The museum is ADA compliant and all group programs are adaptable for students with special needs. Please specify student needs when you make your reservation.
